Creating a Safe and Positive Playground. This complete professional development course gives elementary administrators materials and strategies they need to train playground/supervisory staff in effective active supervision techniques.

Systematic Supervision will help reduce negative behavior and increase positive behavior on the playground, and make supervisors' jobs easier and more rewarding. This evidence-based course includes 5 modules: Rules & Expectations, Moving & Scanning, Using Positives to Support Good Behavior and Teamwork.

When common area supervisors apply the PBIS principles in this course, they will feel less stress and enjoy their jobs more. Each video module shows how to apply Systematic Supervision in a specific setting and presents compelling vignettes that demonstrate both positive and negative examples of addressing student behavior. These programs give supervisors strategies they can use immediately to make their schools safe and positive places to learn.
